The Buckie Nip Faction are planning to sponsor Stewie Byrne for the coming season. It will cost £300. So all members please give £10 to Sorbo the Greek. Buckie donations accepted!

The Stewie Syndrome has stuck!

They'll seek him here they'll seek him there .............

Think of the endless opportunities for sponsoring players, you could have Tan Sunbeds sponsoring Stuey Holt, an interpreter service sponsoring Mumbles, and JCB sponsoring Stephen O'Brien.. (digger, geddit?) Blame this hangover not me....

Yeah I've been off work enjoying a few days of rest and recuperation. I'll happily collect the money for Stuey, although the Rovers game would be best. Any chance of a lift back to the smoke after the game Xlex - it's gonna be close if I'm heading for the train........

Bump!

Was googling Stuey Byrne Special on foot of a conversation I was having earlier and found myself here! Anyone remember what was in a Stuey Special? All I remember is falling around the Longford Arms the night of the '01 final after a couple.

Wasn't it a double vodka, a smernoff ice and as much red bull as you could then fit into the pint glass?

I had a couple of them again on the night we were promoted in 2014 and ended up cycling 8 miles home in the dark at 5 in the morning with no light.
Different ball game..
