I was standing next to Pat Dolan at the Ireland match, when he made a phone call...
(I'm going to take yee back to the start of the season, Evergreen Lounge, City Fans Forum. A question is asked, "Who was that fella playen' left back against the AUL's tonight Pat?" He replied, "That was Thomas 'Ducker' Hawkins, a young lad from Wexford who I know through Mick Wallace!")
OK! He made a phone call and I heard, "Hello Ducker! How ye doin'?" But then the crowd got too loud to hear what he was saying!
Does anyone have any info. on what this was about?
A new signing? Maybe!
