I know she is constantly murdered in the tabloid press, but does anybody believe that there was anything sinister about her death? Theres all sorts of opibions being bandied about on other boards, so I thought I'd ask the question, here in the off topic section, where it is safe to post meaningless, inane threads, where I hope nobody accuses me of anything apart from being topical....(I say this cos I got some queer remarks as to why I started another thread about another recently deceased blonde lately).

Probably.
Not that the vast, vast majority of people on here give a rats ass id imagine.
Who knows? Who cares? Is it still topical? Are we living in a permanent 1997? Is this the sequel to Groundhog Day? Haven't a few juries ruled that there was nothing suspicious in her death? Is Diana the new Elvis?

I doubt she was murdered. However I'm certain she was kicked.

I'd have thought a missing car (or three?) would be suspicious in most judges / inquests book.
By far the most believable of conspiracy theories, especially if she was carrying an Arab baby.
But again, I don't really care.

I liked the one that the driver had terminal cancer and so accepted a few million in cash, to give to his family, and crashed the car on purpose to kill our beloved Diana. Reminds me of the one about Elvis paying a terminal cancer patient to kill himself, and give the money to his family and be buried in Elvis' place.
You see where this thread will lead to.......?

Dunno.
Maybe someone should set-up some sort of inquest or inquiry into it all to find out....

Speculation and unproven allegations?
I thought that was obvious from the thread title.

She died in a car crash in Paris, tragic but no more tragic than the thousands of others that happen annually. The only reason we have to continually shell out for enquiry after enquiry is because Mr Al Fayed is convinced that despite medical evidence & the testimonies of her closest friends she was carrying his grandchild. Personally there's nothing I like better than a good conspiracy theory but this has no foundations at all.

In my teenage years I was fascinated by the Kennedy assasination and almost everybody agreed there was a second gunman. Its since being accepted that the evidence points to the fact that it was Oswald acting alone so It has made me very sceptical about all conspiracy theories and this one seems particularly far fetched.

Just like there will never be covert assasination plots targeted on a regular working guy leading his unremarkable life.
