I'll take it from when I was ten, but pick whatever age you want. This was inspired from watching Labyrinth for the 125th time last night, anyway in no particular order,

1. Labyrinth
2. Transformers the Movie
3. Short Circuit
4. The Princess Bride
5. Platoon (have always loved war)

My eldest son loved Cat Ballou. Every day when he was about 4 years old he watched it and War Wagon. Over and over and over and over. I can still hear the line from Cat Ballou "I'm as drunk as a skunk" as slurred by my then 4yr old.

Santa brought them War Wagon on dvd last year. Maybe Cat Ballou will make an appearance this year!

gustavo, you are my best mate. :D

But, i cant really say dumb and dumber was a growing up film. all those films were class though.

That john denvers full of sh1t man. According to this map we've only gone 2 inches already. Did you pay the gass bill?!:D

i would have watched all those films growing up too and loved them but in my teens.

I think most of the films here are class and I would have put them all in the "good to watch, growing up films"

Who Framed Roger Rabbit?

Hopefully they'll show that again over Christmas. It's a brilliant film.

I used to like Beetlejuice a lot too.
