Though it's wonderful to see our local radio station doing their bit to promote the Rovers it beggers belief that the club's own Official website sits dormant. I firmly believe that the internet is the best instrument the club has at it's disposal to promote everything that's Sligo Rovers and yet it's not utilised. The question has to be asked why? I realise it's run by volunteers but I don't think that's a good enough reason for the Website not being utilised properly.
Just an observation, maybe I'm wrong yet again :o

I think that all channels should be ustilised to promote the club but i think that the internet would be at best third place in promoting the club? how many people contribute to this site? the radio, TV and the print media would provide far more coverage to promote the club and its wares - but i agree that the net could be utilised a lot more.
