So - looking at my FAI fixture list from the start of the season - who do you think will win the big match today down in the RDS in the FAI Cup Final?

Thought I might have a stroll down to see if I can pay on the gate.

Predictions guys?

FWIW - Longford to shock the form books and carry off a 1-0 win

A pretty poor one I reckon, more a wind up of the FAI though, says something about the FAI's ever changing fixtures that I believed it for a sec

I think what reiteoir is trying to get at is that at the start of the season the FAI cup final was scheduled for this weekend but is now next week. So we all should really be looking forward to the final today and not next week.....

Yeah sorry reitroir but thats lame dude.

BTW -remember the excuse that they couldn't have it today because UB 40 were in there tomorrow? well, obviously it was complete boll0cks - there are two shows in the RDS next sunday - one in Simmonscourt and one in the Main Hall (right beside the ground)

How are ticket sales do you know? Will there be some on the day or should I get them during the week?

Meanwhile, the RDS Pitch lies idle today. So much for it being so bloody busy.

From what I hear, they're going well here, I would imagine you'll get tickets on the day. Never going to be a sell-out

No it couldn't be a sell out without Derry being there. After all they are supported by the entire population of India :D
