What happened? Who were they supposed to play and where.

not sure now if they pulled out or were thrown out but your man up above says dey were thrown out so we'll take his word on it...they were supposed to play newtown in bunratty one saturday at 11am and i think they only had 3 or 4 lads there at kick-off time...they were only wasting their own time and everyone elses in that league...absolutely no committment at all by the sounds of things

2007 - Lifford
Correct me if Im wrong but I think Lifford won it in 2005 and 2006 as well, think there was something about a 3 in-a-row for them
2004 - Newmarket Celtic
Not sure after that with the league, I thought Newtown did the double a few years back tho at some stage 2000 or 2001 was it???

2004 is the year. they were beaten in the area final by Newmarket im being advised...

wasn't 2004(03-04 season) id say shanman...newmarket won the quadruple that year...newtown won the youths cup and something else a few years back when boc and them were playing

Had to have been 2002-2003 so because I remember 2-3of the players went down and signed for Park the year they had the Fai run and the "Dream Team"! and that was 2003-2004 as far as I remember! However I've been known to be wrong( just on the odd occassion mind you):D
