If cobh win by 2 goals Cork will go through because Cork got there points away from home.
So Cobh Ramblers have to win by 3 are more goals.
Rumour has it that Bruton will be out for a fue more months. Hope its not true.
Does anyone know what day the game is on next week

stop buliding up bruts for **** sake!
yere putting pressure on him to produce goals when clearly hes not on form!

theres more than 1 striker in the club so why should it be up to bruton all the time to prduce goals!

the whole team was **** on saturday and all anybody could talk about after the game is why cant bruton score?

if ye watch him play ye would see he is always being marked by 2 or 3 men so its about time the other players started coming up with goals!

Right...... he gave up the chance to play with a top 3 premier division team to play beach football.
Fair play like, He is such an ambitious player who wants to prove himself...:D

Historic victory for Kerry League

Cobh Ramblers 1-2 Kerry League
The amateurs of the Kerry League created their own bit of history at St Colman’s Park on Tuesday night when coming from behind to inflict a defeat on First Division side Cobh Ramblers.

The Kerrymen had emerged with credit from their earlier meeting with Premier Division title contenders Cork City, and they built on that performance with an excellent performance against Dave Hill’s out-of-sorts Cobh.

Willie Bruton fired the home side in front from the penalty spot before half-time – it was a big moment for Ramblers, who had lost 5-0 to Galway United at the weekend after straight scoreless draws, and had only managed a measly TWO goal in their previous eight games in the League and League Cup.

But they returned to losing ways in the second half, when Eoin O’Driscoll equalised for the Kerry lads, and David Gleeson fired a winner nine minutes from time.

Both sides finished numerically light, with Brian Baker of the Kerry League and Cobh’s Eoghan Conlon both sent off on the night.
