Getting his players to spout drivel in the hopes of upsetting their title rivals again. Jesus can we have a year go by without this guy's nonsense taking up the back pages. This time Hargreaves is the prize muppet with his assertion that United are a better footballer's football team than Arsenal, offering as evidence his opinion, and the fact that Arsenal scored two scrappy goals against United on Saturday. Of course this leaves out that of United's goals, one was the scrappiest of OGs, and the other was similiar to Fabregas' leveller for the Gunnars. It also leaves out the fact that practically every neutral (myself included) think Arsenal are a better footballing team than United.

Still Fergie must have his oh so effective mind games

ronaldo's goal was a touch of class from united.
fabregas' finish was lovely, but ronaldo's was better because of the move.
but a goal's a goal

but a goal's a goalEvra was superb for that goal, Ronaldo did nothing apart from that, was a passenger for most of the game except for the times when he fell over onto the ground. He got a free at one stage where the Arsenal player was a few feet away and couldn't have touched him. Giles and Dunphy are being vindicated.

No they are not. Ronaldo is playing well again this season, he was badly missed at the start of the season when he was suspended. He got a goal and an assist the last day, for a man that did nothing thats pretty good.

Funniest take on Fergie's ranting is where it is reported he shouted 'cheating Cockney bast**d' at an Arsenal player (think it was when Anderson got booked), the irony being that at the time, there was not one English player on the Arsenal team at the time and I doubt if any of them knew what a Cockney was anyway :D

stupidest post ive seen in a while. evra's probably the best left back in the premiership at the minute anyway.
id prefer ronaldo doing nothing for 88 out of 90 minutes and making one goal and scoring another than to see him playing class for the full game and contributing nothing to the scoresheet

Evra wasn't even the best French full back on the pitch at the weekend...

And Arsenal are easily the best footballing side in England. Rubbihs game on Saturday though

Arsenal are great to watch but so are Man Utd. I thought it was an even game on Saturday. Man Utd will win the league in my view though as they have nobody going to the African Nations Cup and they have a bigger squad. They are missing Scholes at the moment I dont think Arsenal could deal with a similar injury to Fabregas. Man Utd also had Ronaldo and Rooney missing and they still got by winning 1-nil. Arsenal are the best team to watch but Man Utd have the combination of effectiveness and entertainment.
