Quality gig, better than last year, have to say great seeing bands in the astoria as its small and easy get a drink and still enjoy the music. Brought a mate who had no interest in metal and somewhat enjoyed it as easy get into. Well worth £16 anyhow. Smaller venue gigs are definitely the best!

Holy feck - are WASP still alive, let alone touring....?!?!

Can you confirm if their name does indeed genuinely stand for 'We Are Sexual Perverts' ?

Yee Roscommon culchies are all feckin mettalers. You're just like people form the Orkney and Hebridean islands off Scotland - stuck in some sort of 1980's metalurgical time-warp...... :p

Hope you didn't wear that lovely shirt of mine in the mosh pit....!

P.S. You going to that Irish professionals thing late this month ??

NO unfortunately in the Ros they are all into dance crap as are most the weshhhties. Metal is not big at all unforunately.

W.A.S.P are officially just Blackie Lawless now ( none of the original line up ), and dont really sell many records, which I find hard to fathom compared to motley crue as i think they are better technically and musically. No I was wearing my "Wasp - Animal ( I fcuk like a beast)" T-shirt. I only bring that shirt out for special occassions. There name has a few different meanings due to inscriptions etc, "we are sexual perverts", "we are satans people", "White anglo saxon protestants"( which i think it is even though he was of jewey and german descent ) but he was quoted before as saying "we aint sure, pal" in response to what it actually meant :)

I didn't know about that one, when is it on? I will go now and email my good friend mary and ask her for an invite!! :D
