"In a nutshell:
Phase One completed by October, with likely temp seats on south side. (3,5000-5,500 capacity)
New Phase Two (Ben Dunne end stand): 18 months, once it gets PP. (5,500-7,500 capacity)
Old Phase Two (South Stand): ``two years'' according to T Maguire. (8,500 capacity, 10,500 if temp seats were moved to N81 end)
The N81 end: Maguire sees potential for something serious here, incorporating a stand, but didn't go into any detail.

Not in a nutshell:
Basically, Rovers are doing a Hammarby.
There are also visions of turning Kiltipper into an academy.
The intention is still to complete an all-covered, fully-rounded stadium. I'd reckon that's about 3-5 years away.
On the financial side, Tallaght is now a no-risk venture for Rovers. Between the Dunne and O'Regan deals, Phase One and the new Phase Two will be covered without Rovers having to dip.
With - according to Tony Maguire - Rovers estimated to benefit by €700,000 a year (before gate receipts are added to the equation) just by moving in and exploiting signage, etc, it would seem to guarantee the club's viability, both on and off the pitch.
If we can attract average crowds of 3,000 or more (not unreasonable), the rest of the development could easily be financed by the club in a short timeframe, maybe three years or even less."
