I wouldn't bet on our site being correct - I think it's Friday but I'll check

Thanks, just checked your site again and one part says Fri and another says Sat so we'll wait and see I guess.

Could anyone recommend a few B&B's or hotels in Monaghan, with phone numbers if possible ?

Thanks :)

Get someone to share the b+b and it should work out at around E35 a nite per person for most of them.

The Ashleigh is right in the centre of the town.
Canal Lodge is right beside the ground (Tel. +353 (0)47 81848)
Club sponsors include the Hillgrove, Four Seasons and Westenra Hotels.
I'm not sure but the Westenra b+b rates probably includes entry to the Forum night club which is probably where the players (and magicme ;)) will end up later

There are apartments that you can rent above the chinese restaurant on Dublin Street called Joy Ho Heen. Ask directory enquiries and they will put you through to the restaurant and they will sort you. They are very reasonable and you get breakfast in the Italian restaurant they also own.

I'd love to, however I'm taking my uncle with me to the game, and at 70 years old i think he might feel a little out of place so I'll have to pass unfortunately.
Thanks for the invite anyways :)

Well stay on in the clubhouse for a drink or two after the game. There will be some sandwiches & tea available afterwards too. Should be a nice family relaxed athmosphere so your uncle will be well looked after.
