Burns and O'Donnell weren't suspended last night. It was reported that they were as they had suspensions pending but they only come into force on the Wednesday of each week, so were available last night. In fact O'Donnell came off the bench.

Dessie Byrne was suspended for 2 games from last Wednesday for reaching 12 points but is suspended for Friday coz he was sent off in the cup QF.

Thanks for clearing that one up JC.Wasnt at the game.

Surely Burns should have played then if unavailable for Friday??

Sligo Rovers were fined €200 as a result of the behaviour of some of their supporters in the match v Bohemians (28.09.07).

What did they say to Connor this time? Or was it something else?

Speaking of fines, I expect the FAI to fine the league website - http://www.eircomloi.ie:82/news-centre/news/news-79/index.xml. The image at the bottom was the main picture on their homepage earlier today (naughty, naughty).

Although they might have been too distracted by the caption to notice the flares.
