View Full Version : Parking near Croker
Couldn't give away spare tickets, so am bringing the 2 young nippers to the match tonight. I'm coming from Wicklow direction, so anyone got any sugeestiosn on best place to park ? Usually get a dart to Connolly and walk, so might park the car at the dart and get dart to connolly, unless someone knows of handy aprking thats easy to get of after match..

Ya Croker is a kip alright. horrible facilities, uncomfortable seats, mingin toilets etc etc :confused:
But if you are in cusack you might as well get the dart to connolly and walk up the back way from there. Be up in 10 mins. Coming through town and what not would take ye ages. You could park near the wax museum but it will be busy enough round match time, also If you are in the cusack it would make no sense as you had to walk right around the stadium.

I got parking just off East Wall Road on Saturday,no problem. Should be handy enough coming from Wicklow, straight over East Link and hang a left before tunnel. Only a 5/10 minute walk from there.

very magnanimous of them. kick up a big political fuss about (essentially) opening 'their' stadium up to other sports, at a not inconsiderable rent, after same stadium had been substantially funded by taxpayers money. i'd knight the lot of them.
p.s. i know your post was intended to rile comment. i thought rather than leave it hanging there i'd give your little life some satisfaction. ;)
