From what I've heard Pike should have been hockied, Frankie Lee missed a boatful of chances apparently? Shows you the Value of Phil Purcell and Keith Hartnett to Pike. Colm Enright was completely exposed too apparently? Which doesn't surprise me as I and a few others have been thinking that Colm has been coming to the end of his footballing days. Hate to say it for the superb service he's given pike, both as player and committee member. A true Pike man.
take no notice colm if u read this your our legend

why are u sayin colm is finished.colm would be very dissapointed to hear this agree with da legend your the one whos well out of order players will leave pike with comments like this coming from a well know figure up on the pike commitee like you

Mate I'd bet 2 things.

1. You've no idea who I am.
2. You couldn't name half of this years Pike committee no mind the full thing.

If you saying I'm Jan Malone, your a bit behind on the times since he's now on the ldmc committee after getting the boot from the Pike committee.

Actually last time I checked,I was told Mark Mullaly on here apparently, didn't even know there was someone on the Pike committee who could operate a PC to be honest.

I'm not the one living in dreamland here,he's been caught badly for pace this season on a few occasions,as he would undoubtedly acknowledge himself. Without Purcell like the other night he's exposed for speed and can be caught on the turn by speedy strikers. Only die hard(and foolish) fans would disagree. Saying that he still dominates most aerial battles. And how am I out of order may I ask? Or do I need to explain point of Internet forums again?

i think Colm is still a great centre half and one pike will hold onto. he is younger than purcell (i think). If colm was exposed the other night then where was his partner in crime. It takes 11 players to defend, and definately you need to have a back 4 playing well.
Colm has a a good few years in the green and white hoops !!

superb in the air and positionally wise.string as an ox also.enright has definately lost a yard of pace imo but that has to be expected.he must be in his mid thirties at this stage.if i was pike management i would be looking to get a centre half partner with him who was very quick cause in fairness to the man he has everything else a good centre back needs

Daly back, yeah he missed Pike match as he was away at a wedding, Balla missing Dunphy on Hols and O'Sullivan not playing, don't know about Regional, should be a good game though

O'Sullivan was playing Inter Firm last night, so he'll hardly play.

Thought Regional deserved it on chances created, Balla huffed and puffed with very little end product, Tony Fahy scored was unlucky not to score near the end with a great volley off the crossbar, not a great game but sure finals seldom are.
Congrats to Regional, first premier trophy

well done to regional.under pressure a lot during the match but hung in there to see it out.must say fahy very impressive unlucky with volley near the end and bourke outstanding in the middle of midfield.balla had loads of possession but bar a few setpieces did not create much, earls and guerin going off a bit odd when you need a goal.

it was quiet and very poor, regional were full value for the win with mark sheehan outstanding at sweeper,in thought dodo and frankie played well for balla .i was surprised they took frankie off.

I think everyone else in the ground were as well. Regional deserved the win. For all the possesion Balla had they couldnt break down Regional.

Thought the Regional defence were very good. Dealt with everything Balla threw at them.

Regional caught Balla a few times on the break and could have scored more.

The subs made by the balla manager were strange to say the least.
