Absolute rubbish.
Cyprus are very comfortable and had the best chance so far.

Cyprus should have scored again. 3 v 1 break and the Cypriot player tries to chip Given from 25 yards.
Shambolic.

my god.
Joey O' Brien. Its not your fault
Stan. Resign. If you have the interest of Irish football at heart, leave now
Suits. Grow a pair of balls and admit this has been a shambles. It can be salvaged, just not by this joker

amazing! it's that bad? a country of 788,457 whose players play in a half-decent european league embarrassing us at home?? they must have a good manager so...

Miller for O'Brien
Not before time. Sticking a full-back/centre-half in centre-midfield was always an eyebrow raiser.

Cyprus hit the post.
We should be getting pumped 3-0 here.

Centre mid is O'Brien's natural position.

San Marino have just scored against Wales and it's 2-1 to Wales at the moment. Some spin material for Delaney?

Centre mid is O'Brien's natural position.
Somebody should tell Bolton as they don't play him there.
Which might be the reason why he never looked like a central-midfielder tonight.

McGeady has added a bit of life to the game but his final ball is poor up to now.

Strange I though all the "suits" were staying in tonight to watch Corrie and the "real" fans were turning out. Cant see anydifference in the atmosphere if that is the case, does that mean we can stop blaming the suits going forward and take some repsonsibility ourselves.

from sportinglife matchtracker:
85 mins: Reid sums up the Ireland display by jumping out of a 50-50 tackle in midfield. Keane unimpressed.
84 mins: Ireland respond to going behind by passing the ball around the back four. Inspiring stuff, and it goes down a storm with the fans.
