I have just spent the past hour watching the cat prowl around the kitchen trying to jump and catch an elusive fly that has been buzzing around here for a while now. It's great fun watching Oscar give up, walk away, and then come rushing back when he hears the fly buzzing again. Really rooting for him to catch this dastardly creature now

Anyone else have oddish ways of passing days off?

I can enhance that activity with the addition of a muridaeic remote USB heart monitor, a laptop and a pet shop mouse.

Don't think it's odd, but our 6 week old is pretty mesmerising and seems to have anyone in the vicinity just looking at her... Mind you doesn't seem like there's much free time anymore to pass off either!

Awwww. Sweet. Its 10 years since I had that activity & I miss it. That said having a 10 yr old & a lad who will be 13 on Thursday, a part time job, a part time volunteer job & no back up at home means I dont have the luxury of much free time. Well I suppose work is my free time, dont ya love the civil service!
