SUNDAY SOCCER AS HARPS COME TO TOWN
Monaghan United have reverted to Sunday Soccer for the upcoming game against FAI eircom League of Ireland league leaders and neighbours, Finn Harps. Harps will be hoping to gain 3 points from the game to consolidate their position at the top end of the table and leave themselves in the race for promotion. Cobh Ramblers and Dundalk are hot on their heels in a highly contested league so Harps have it all to play for.

United will be trying to get back on an even keel after 2 disappointing results in the last few weeks and Mick Cooke will be hoping that his team can put the two defeats behind them and challenge Harps to a great game. The Mons and Harps games are always an exciting affair with a large contingent of our northern neighbours bringing great colour and noise to Kingspan Century Park every time they visit.

The game kicks off at 3pm at the Clones Road venue and a large crowd is expected so please arrive early.

MONAGHAN UNITED LADIES PRIZE GIVING
Monaghan United Ladies will have their Player of the Year awards ceremony after the Finn Harps game this Sunday. United will also be presenting the Player of the Month award for August. All welcome.
