RIP. The Lobster pot double grated cheese burger and curry chip was on par with the Chicken huts Dinner box and large gravy as the greatest post pub feed in Limerick. Is this 100% certain though? a friend told me that is was only closed for renovations, another source told me that the manager is going to 'snack shack' in Moyross because at least they pay their players....sorry staff, any truth in the rumour the whole building is being transfered to the old site of mingo's chinese takeaway by Kennedy park? acually i also heard its part 2 of a Pat Grace/Danny Drew masterplan which started when Friar tucks closed, why is'nt 'old keeper' on here answering these questions? Ski out! sack the board, its a disgrace, markets field, blah blah blah.

Lads ,do they still sell ray in the Lobster pot?I remember years ago going there and amazingly got a ray which I understand is not generallly eaten on the west coast but is a much sought after delicacy in Dublin?Was the originaly owner from Dublin???

So it's became a pizza place.

Next door to the pizza place that was already there.

But unlike Apache, this pizza place has The Ulster Volunteer Force Pipe Band on its jukebox. :eek: :eek:

My support for them ran directly parralell to their ballsing up of qualification.
