I think a lot of people are predicting a win not only out of hope but purely because we never know what kind of performance to expect from Ireland.

Its an away match.

If one thing is 100% certain, in my opinion, is that we will not win.

I predict a riot, a 1-1 draw & the end of the world as we know it :eek: (a small bit pessimistic I know!)... but i could be wrong! :D

Our only hope of a victory is if the Czech team let their own problems get to them or if the crowd start getting on their back. If we could nick a goal under those circumstances, they may not be able to lift themselves to try and turn the game around.
But realistically I think the best we can hope for is a draw and I definitely think we'll have to score; we're too weak out wide to think about keeping a clean sheet.

The worst thing is that stan things we were near a victory and very unlucky. We weren't unlucky we were crap most of the game, plus the defending was atrocious, i hope he realises this, to say he thinks we were unlucky is bloody stupid.

We always go one up. Israel twice, Switzerland, Cyprus, Slovakia. This usually occurs early in the game, we sit back, they attack and grow in confidence and inevitably score.
