Was it me or was the quality just above average? Nothing special apart from Myler's goal against UCD IMO, although Vinny Sullivan's against my United had a bit of class about it as well.
If Daire Doyle's for UCD agaist us was worthy of inclusion, then surely was Dave Cooke's for United against Sligo a couple of weeks back. I presume United's 2 against Drogheda were not included as, while they were 2 good finishes, they were partly attributed to 'keeper error?

Yeah, I was surprised Cooke's wasn't included. Myler's was by far the best.

A lot of pretty ordinary goals alright, I thought Fitzgerald's goal for us against Rovers was better than Doyle's against Galway but it didn't get in. Myler's should win handy enough. The ones last month were quite ordinary too. There was only a Sligo goal and one other that were good.

Fahey's goal wasn't nominated and was easily better than those that were.

Its the first one in this clip

McCourt's league cup semi goal against UCD would have been among the finer goals socred last month.

Maybe it wasn't there because it was in September (on the show)?

Myler's should win handily enough.

Reminded me of Sheridan's goal in the '96 Cup Final. Which made me sad. :(

Goal still happened in August though, so it should have been included. And it's better than anything that was. Mylers was a good effort too though. Pick of the bunch shown.

Don't tell me they called him Daire Doyle?!

Shane Fitz's for us against Rovers was much better. Myler's wins hands down, even if Quigley was out of position (last goal here (http://ie.youtube.com/watch?v=hHRKq_CHDY0))

Is it only league goals? Padd McCourts vs ucd in the cup was the best goal in the last month easy.

Pineapple Stu, that's what they called him - sure they couldn't go through the show without getting something wrong now could they? Or else I am hearing things, which wouldn't surprise me either, but 99.999 and all that that they said 'Daire Doyle'

Take another look at Myler's. Farrelly's was good but not even close to it.

A quality finish but he was helped by the keepers bad positioning. It even bounced before the line.
It's a better goal alright.

Build up to Myler's was ****, hoofed up to him and as Risteard said, twas helped by poor goalkeeping. Farrelly got past a couple of players before taking the shot.
