is there a list of all bannings and suspensions somewhere for everyone to see?
similar to the one on boards for example..

Well, on another forum i'm on, the have a Closed thread, which is updated with People who have been banned and the reasons for it...

Anything I've ever seen like that has just become a centre for assorted muppets' friends to whinge when they get banned for something completely indefensible.

That list is just there to feed egos. Like I said, mine is fully satiated.
