Rumor seems to be doing the rounds allright, apparentley it may be switched to the saturday though

If it is true that will be 2 TV games from the RSC in one season after almost 4 years of nothing:D

Would it be a good advertisement for the league though? After only getting 500 v Sligo in the last round how many less will turn up now that its live on tv?

90% chance you're WUMing but you do understand it's the Munster derby?

I had hoped Derry v UCD might make the telly but the derbies are the right choices, hope they come off well on tv.

That Sligo game was also televised.
So you just presumed that the attendance for a televised game would be worse than the attendance for a televised game.
Yes, I can see you don't know a great deal about our attendances. :D

I don't know where the + going to sit/stand as the RSC can't hold more than 2000-2500.

Just around the sides same as the last big game there. If i recall in was chucking it down the same day and people got soaked. Still it was good to see so many City fans make the trip.

I'm not so sure of the capacity these days, now that work has started on the stand on the far side. It would be great to see a good crowd at it though, wherever they will have to stand.
I suppose the Cork supporters could watch from the bus, like Rico did.

In a manic depressive sort of way?

Match will clash with Ireland v France in some rugby thingy. Might account for Munster's red army (where's the puke smiley?)

No the Ireland v France game is on the Friday night, the Waterford v Cork 'Munster derby' is televisied on the Saturday and then the 'Dublin derby' of Pat's v Bohs is live on the Monday night. I have a very big brain that's how I could work that one out. Thanks. :D

Here's a mad idea. Why not show all 4 games? One on Friday night, one on Saturday & Sunday evening & one Monday night?

All you need now is TV companies willing to do it and you're on a winner...

Seems a bit mad to play Pats v Bohs on Monday night. Under the FAI Cup rules any replay would have to be played before the next league match and as both Pats and Bohs have matches the following Friday night they could both end up playing three matches in five days.

Luckily for me my Mrs is due that day so saves me the trip, might have to bring a portable into CUH though.

I'm sure the FAi would allow it to be played the following week. Common sense would suggest...

Oh I see...

Congrats Razor, and if ye have a boy, ye can nickname him 'Razors Rebel Son' or RRS for short, so he gets used to being a Cork fan from day 1!

She'll be doped to the gills with epidurials and other mad stuff, you can convince her of anything, but you have a short window in which to do so!
