Fixtures Remaining:

Drogheda (h)
Rovers (a)
Pats (h)
Longford (h)
Bohs (a)
Bray (a)
Derry (h)
Waterford (a)
UCD (h)

I'll state the obvious that every game is massive and we'll take each game as it comes and all that, but for me Longford at home is the one that could define our end of season. Win and we should be clear of the automatic spot that has been creeping closer with every game. Lose and we would be left with 5 tricky fixtures. Hopefully I 'm wrong, but I reckon it will still come down to us needing to get something on the final day against UCD.

i dont know - i think the luck is going to change at home regardless of the opposition - which will make up for the few expected defeats away from home - and the luck on the road diminishing

we still haven't lost away from home in a long time, waterford if i remember correctly. if we continue to pick up points away we will be comfortably away from that spot and i can see us finishing ahead of UCD this season as well

We're away to Rovers, Bohs, Bray and Waaatherfurd. Can't see us getting too much out of the first two, so we need to start picking up points at home, and by points, I mean WINS. Take a point against Drogheda, but need to beat Pats and Longford in following 2 home games. If we do that, we're home and hosed.

I'm over from London again for the Bohemian game (away) and the UCD game on the last day of the season :)

I still think that's the case. Can't see us getting much from Bohs who have come into a rich vein of form, but the fact Derry have nothing to play for now might make that one a bit easier.

Just for interests sake, here are Waterfords remaining games.

Longford (a)
Sligo (a)
Drogheda (h)
Utd (h)
Shamrock Rovers (a) x2

We've only to play Shamrock Rovers away once. We've already replayed that abandoned game and lost it.

Derry, by the way, despite having nothing much to play for and the League Cup final this week, put out pretty much as full a team as they could against us last night, though after Tuesday they might indeed see the season as winding down for them.
