Probably. But as LTID pointed out, we have an excellent U21 side many of whom should be well able for Douglas Hall so maybe some of them could fill in, also it would be a good idea anyway so some of the regulars would be fresher for the big one on Friday.

I think we should play our strongest side in the cup, as it now represents our only chance of success this season. The league is over, as is any chance of making play-offs. However, a quarter final home draw against Cork City, Bohs or Derry irregardless of the result would be a success because it would guarantee a bumper gate. And the possibility of a shock.....

I dont agree the league is over, but good point about the bumper gate which is much needed, on the other hand how likely is it we get another home draw?

The probability of another home draw is 0.5.

So, you can either watch a team managed by a tactically clueless buffoon who has no real clue as to what is going on around him but loves all the media hype....
Or you can watch Ireland v Denmark...;)

Completely off topic I know, but just noticed your signature there JoeSoap. Actually watched 'Witness to the Mob' last night. Do you know if that's the only film about John Gotti?
Don't think too many will be bothered about Denmark v Ireland, it's hardly had any media coverage, very low key altogether.

Getting Gotti is another one but it's poor enough.
Any news on the team for tmw night, lads not travelling because of work etc?

Witness to the Mob was pretty poor. There is a DVD release you'll get pretty cheap on ebay simply called 'Gotti' with Armand Assante as the main character. Thats pretty good. Theres also a movie called Boss of Bosses about Paul Castellano, the Godfather before Gotti and tells the story about how Gotti killed him. Donnie Brasco, although about a different crime family, is probably the best and most real to life story about modern day (last 30 years) life in the mafia in New York.

Yea didn't think it was great, although I can see where David Chase got 3/4 of his cast for The Sopranos :D Good stuff, I'll look up the two.
