SHIZUOKA — A 54-year-old man riding a motorcycle had his right leg severed below the knee in a collision with a road center divider on Monday morning, but continued on for two kilometers before noticing his injury, TV media reported Tuesday. Police said that Kazuo Nagata, a company employee, told them he was unaware of the loss of his leg apparently because his attention was focused on the strong pain he felt from the crash.

How can you not notice this??

And how can a collision strong enough to sever the leg not knock you off the bike?

that cant be true, he hasnt got a leg to stand on as far as i am concerned :))

What a wimp. Only 2Km!!!! Only a flesh wound. Sure hasn't he another leg.

Reminds me of the Airplane movie gag "I think we can save his leg, where do you want it sent" :)
