I should be there. Waiting on the burds sister to fix her car so I can borrow it and drive down. Thats if she gets off her lazy ass and does it.

i was going to ask something similar. is she fit? she being either of them ;)

when i went to gothenburg i saw a few fitties maybe that was your GF :D

fair play lads going over on yer own, its hard enough work getting chatting to people that are already in groups though.

Ah going on your own is not too bad. I did it in Switzerland and had a great laugh. You should see the guys I travel with normally you would be glad of the odd trip on your own to be honest.

So where is the meet up.

ya see that can be the problem wandering around wondering where most people are!

NeilMcD
14/08/2007, 1:51 PM
I dont think it will be a problem in Aarhus which is pretty small. I think it will be pretty obvious from the few green jerseys and drunken behaviour. Plust I have no problem having to settle for a few friendly local females from the nearby university.

Anyone flying into Billund the bus fare into Aarhus is 180DKK which is around €24. It drops you off at the Radisson.

Discovered an all you can eat place in the train station for €9 and last night a pint of Tuborg Classic was €4.30.

Not a bad spot. Some of the women are effortlessly beautiful. Yet to see any fat slags or litter!

I'll be there as well along with the aforementioned Sylvo and a few other honchos from North London.

Arhus is a nice town. I was there 24 years ago for the UEFA cup game between Luton Town* and AGF. Nice to know the beer is now cheaper than it was back thern. :)

Women there are gorgeous. I met a lovely young 15 year old lass there back in 1983. (And before anyone starts thinking of contacting the fuzz, I was seventeen then myself...and no nothing what you're thinking happened...OK). :o

*Luton Town is code for theScottish team that the EL fascists consider should not be mentioned on any thread apart from its own special one in World Football.

Found an english bar that sells pints of Carlsberg for 25KK which is about €3.50.

Had a look around the stadium this morning. Just walked around the main stand. Not bad but the running track takes from it. Away end is near the corner flag upper and lower. The 18 or 19 bus takes you there from town.

Gloriously nobody here fells the need to wear english club jersies.

Cheers for the tips NY Hoop.

I'm flying out in the morning from Stansted, not long now! Just been into town and got some Danish cash sorted.

I'm not sure how much to budget for this trip. I'd say it'll cost a few quid with the price of food, drink etc.
