Install TVU Player, Sopcast, TVants and PPMate (these are all free - just google them). Go onto rojadirecta.org (a great site!) and select the match you want to view, then select your channel and P2P software. Commentary is not always in English but often is. I'm using this method for the last 18 months and I'm currently watching Arsenal-Fulham which is not live on TV in these parts. By the way, I often find internet explorer better suits the P2P applications than firefox, so I use that to start it up, then go back into firefox.

sometimes this fourm provides links for sky sports 1,2,3 using vlc player, they work around 50/50
