jesus Athlone are terrible. On their day they can be the worst team in this division, how I don't know after the money they have spent this season

I had a bet on Limerick to win...what happens there? I think I should win, out of courtesy like:).
Well I had a treble on Harps and Dundalk to win and L37 to draw, so I'm wondering too.
Still, backed Harps to win 3-0 so not too bad.
Harps are without doubt the form team in the division at the moment, you have to say full credit to them for pulling their season around, shades of us last year after a similar dreadful start. Still say harps are the best team i`ve seen play us so far, only team who came to oriel (twice) to win
Pressure on cobh now, a slip up tomorrow away to kildare, then a defeat in oriel a week later and harps will be counting down the days to having them visit ballybofey...........
1 goal conceded in 10 league games now. Whatever the decision about the Wexford game we can catch L37 with a win on Friday.

26 points from a possible 30, 16 goals scored and only one conceded, 3 crackers tonight, hopefully Divins can be sent to tv3 as its sure a contender for goal of the season.

the game on friday has just got a little more intresting than it already was as something tells me limerick will not know by then whats happening with the wexford match and in turn if harps win they will go ahead of limerick if even only till limerick replay wexford (or whatever the decision is on that match).
will be the first time limerick will drop outside the top 3 aswell since going into the top 3 anyway (can't remember if they where outside the top 3 for the first few games of the season)

played 10 won 8 drew 2 conceded 1 :cool: oh yeah one of ur last 4 was against Harps, how'd that go again :p

The announcer told us to keep our tickets for the replay. Presumably we'll get into the refixed game for free.

as far as i know the ref said it to both managers at the end of the match that it would be replayed.

The announcement "keep your ticket stubs they'll be valid for the replay" was a good indication. I assume the guy doing the pa had relaible info as the ref, managers, events controller etc had been deliberating amongst themselves for a good 15 / 20 minutes before the announcement was made.

To be fair Shels and Keely deserve great credit for their upturn in form, also good to see the fans sticking by them, they had well over a 1,000 at the dundalk game on friday.

ya thats right. we were talking to "ski" after the match and he told us the ref said the match would be replayed in Wexford next week!!

id say we will.. Moran was the only noticalbe player missing last night!! it should be replayed in Limerick IMO
Would it be up to the ref, the managers or the FAI?
Might not be as cut and dried as a replay next week.
For anyone at the game, were Limerick lucky enough to be level? Going by reports, Wexford were the better team.

and over 100 fans in Kilkenny last night for a Tuesday evening game when 3rd from bottom :)
bit too late but we'll win more than we lose between now and the end of the season.

Wouldn't go along with that myself. Certainly not one of our better games but I never felt Wexford had the beating of us.

And yet the only time you played a Premier team in that spell, UCD had you dead and buried after half an hour. ;)
