Keyboard question

There's two sets of numbers on a keyboard: The horizontal line above the letters and then there's the box of numbers on the right hand side.

Does anyone else have trouble using the right handed side set when on the computer?

It's not working in the Internet, Microsoft Word or any computer games. Is there a setting for this?

Reminds me of a email that went around a while back it was a call to a computer help desk went something like this

hello
my screen is gone blank
ok have you tried the power button
yes nothing happens
ok can you check the cables make sure its connected up properly
not really
what ....why?
well its too dark
turn on a light
i cant the power is gone :D
