I note with regret the closing down of the archive website.

It has been a brilliant source of info on GUFC over the years in terms of statistics, not to mention an excellent photographic archive too.
Does any one know if the information on it has been purchased by the club or any other party for future use?
Or if it is going to be "ported" onto the official website , or if there are any such plans?
Since Pat Kelly stepped back from his amazing contribution as our resident "Statto" a number of seasons ago it has been impossible (for me at least) to get decent statisitcis on players, scorers appearances etc.
I think the closure of this site is a great loss, and I'm hoping someone somewhere can save the information on it for the future.
Thanks to those who contributed to it and maintained it. It was great to be able to reference it for different information on players who had donned the GUFC shirt in the past.
