That guy is a little warped to say the least. However, I won't spoil his moment of fun, I take these things in the light-hearted spirit they were intended. He did get one thing right, though. Us long suffering Irish rugby fans HAVE earned our day in the sun. That day will with any luck be Sunday, March 30th 2003.

I'll forget that you've just mocked our national language, and politely explain what 'Ar aghaidh Éire' means. It just so happens to be Irish for 'Come On Ireland'. I'd have thought that any two-bit Fianna Fáiler worth his salt would have known that much.:D

Far from it, I'm just pointing out that players like Humphreys and Longwell are of a different stock.
And i'm not denying that. But, the fact is I've yet to see an Ulsterman who didn't give his level best in the green jersey. I've no problem with them playing so long as they do that.

Conor I take it if there's a united Ireland you won't cheer for the football team either ???
You don't need SIX reasons.
Any One will do !
And for the humourless, hyper-sensitive bugger boy, enjoy your day in the muck!

I will, oddboy. Especially if the Boys In Green win. Of course, then it's more likely to be a day in the Sun than the muck. I'll send Ireland your best wishes regardless!!:)
