Five More Dead Today, and the carnage continues sespite penalty points and the use of high ensurance costs to control the driving public.
Just wondering that if the Army/Army Reserve/Air Corp could be called upon to halt the mass deaths of Irish Citizens, who if they were being killed in these numbers by terrorists, or other threats to the state, they would be there in a flash. Wondering if 500 extra checkpoints tonight might save lives. Just wondering if those who speed had an increased chance of being caught, it might modify the beheviour.
Any thoughts?
