Supposed to be tomorrow at 5pm, but elevenaside says April 3rd at 7.45pm.

Before I waste my time and go to Garryduff tomorrow, can anyone re-confirm that it's still on?

Usual story with City...I once asked Mooney about a game and even though was playing, he wasn't sure of kick off time...

2-1 to City.
Warren and George (pen)
That's 4 in 4 for George - playing for his place with Doyle around.

Line up is one we won't see again unless half the squad is down with flu I'd say

Devine
Andrews Daly Cronin Roddis( I think)
Carey Conor Colin T Mucka
George Warren

George and especially Warren played well, couldn't single out anyone else as being way above average.

Lordan replaced Andrews at HT
Napier replaced Roddis
Three late subs - Jamie Nolan, a left back and a Centre Mid - didn't recognise them. I don't think it was Buckley or Grogan.

left back was a fella by the name of Hamkins who's from Wexford. He was with the squad in Limerick too, but afaik hasn't signed yet, though he may do when he's finished his leaving in june

thought the left-back might have been hawkins coming back on???

think the centre mid was one of the under17 players

why do people have the impression that we have a player by the name of grogan???

The Echo has cleared it up:
LB first half was Hawkins.
Late subs were Lally and Wolfe - one from Wexford, the other from Killeens or something ( I can't remember)

Grogan= Kevin Grogan, supposedly signed by Dolan and played against Limerick for a while...

That was a case of mistaken identity against Limerick. It was Kevin Doyle. And the other guy (who was supposed to be Doyle!)was some trialist.

Didn't he play on the right wing against Limerick.
And left back against AUL?

That is correct Neil. Apparently his natural position is right midfield, but he's a versatile player.

Grogan had a lengthy thread about his signing as commercial mgr and parttime player a while back...but where is he now.
Another Bruton situation??

(I saw City win away can now become I saw Bruton play for City..)
