After lining out for Sligo in the friendly in Corofin and Sligo claiming to have signed him Vinny Flaherty has signed for United. A good move and keeps a healthy contingent of local lads in the squad.

Cant comment on that really cos I havent seen him play but he was banging in the goals for Devon. It was probably an attempt at reverse psychology!:)
