just home from a week in Crete and I am fuming...we were robbed on the first night we got there...2000 plus a passport and clothes and other stuff...which in all honesty you'd get over
So we tell out rep about the passport which is the most important thing and his responce was to go to the police station and get them to fill out a report and that if we bring that to the airport on the day of departure everything would be hunky dory......well well well...not so...fat rep failed to tell us we need to go to the embassy and get a temp passport so the fella who had his passprt stolen had to stay behind and go through the hassle of getting the temp passport and then waiting to see if he could get on a later flight...
I know its a rant and i apologise but there is a reason for it...ive been on the budget website and i cant find an e-mail address for complaints...so does anyone have one??
