You can't compare loi & il teams in Europe because there is no doubting that you are living off the backs of shels and corks european results of the past,if derry ever do go on to achieve anything of real substance in terms of trophies you will be as bad as the english of 66.

All Ireland Champions my hole. The true test was in Europe when Shels hammered Glentoran.

The same Glentoran team that failed to beat Linfield in the past two years (bar a penalty shoot-out) one of which was a 6-0 hammering and a Shelbourne team that never beat us home or away. :rolleyes:

PS We're one of the most successful teams since we've joined the LoI, you may have missed that.

No, they were the two champions of their respective leagues when they met in European CHAMPION competition the summer of 2005 so his point is certainly valid. Think you'd best check the chronology of events you listed above before you get ass-raped on here again.

Now, back to that Euro 1/4 final ..... tres bonbons:D
