Ouch...
On a kind of similar note, I see some Dutch one took the Dutch lottery to court because she didn't win. Her friends won E14m in a group which she hadn't entered, so she sued for mental anguish. Case rejected, naturally.

Can't believe I'm going to make it to the 'Pulled Off' pun first ...ah crap I've ruined it.
She claims she's "not a violent person". How much more violent can you get?
You yanked a mans ****** off love! Where I come from, Limerick, that's pretty fcuking violent!!!:D

Any other breaking news?
Seems to me this was definitely an act of violence. If she'd genuinely not intended to rip his nad off, her reaction would not have been to stick it in her gob, that's for sure.
I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry at this, at least this fella still has one left though.......

Also, I saw a case in the US where a guy is trying to sue a dry cleaners. They had a sign saying "Same Day Service" "Cstomer Satisfaction Guaranteed", but due to some screw-up, they were not able to clean the guy's pants on the same day, thus causing him "mental anguish" to the tune of $65,000,000. Just hope it gets thrown out.

I'd be more bothered by her interpretation that she "never meant to harm him":D

I love the bit about the friend handing it back saying: "That's yours". A whole lotta good it'll do now.

Reminds me of the Seinfeld dry cleaning shrunk shirt episode. :)

That's bo**ox!! :o
2 and a half years for that? If a man did something similarly violent he'd be looking at 10 years at least.
It's those double standards again.

"I am in no way a violent person."
A juror commented afterwards that "I couldn't swallow that b0llocks either."
