View Full Version : Pre-season training
When does training start? Did I see somewhere that we're playing in UL this weekend?
afaik, training started yesterday neil.
Dolan has a fitness trainer who was involved at saint pats to help with pre season.
He's based in UL.
I remember hearing at the time that Pats were considered elite athletes because of their levels of fitness and it was down to this guy. cant be bad

Dave Mahedy.
He's supposed to be a very good coach and is highly regarded by Dolan.
Pre-season started yesterday and afaik they'll be based in UL this coming weekend.
If Dolan does nothing more than increase the city squads fitness levels the team is bound to improve this season.
I don't think its a coincidence that city have faltered mid-season for the last couple of years...
