I find that Roddy's Own Brand is very strong, but readily available from the constant flow of bitter tears about how great he is...

Best thread ever!
Saxa for chips. Rock salt or sea salt for everything else.
Personally, I'm against the whole idea of salt.
However, it is an important topic and should be discussed.

Salt is much better in the UK than it is here. I'd say that the best salt in Ireland is only at the same level as third division salt in England.

It's you UK salt supporters that are ruining the salt at home. If more people supported home salt the standard would improve dramatically...

Thought it was magicme with the crest, in which case the words 'the fai' would be replaced with the word 'men'.

well i always supported irish sugar (sucra) but then they left carlow in the lurch so the loyalty was not returned on their part. i just hope the salt crowd are more appreciative of their hard-core local support.

Never trust a sugar daddy, it's all sweetness and light until the bills start coming in and they decide to take their factory and invest in the property market...

Sat on a barstool, shaking your foreign salt on your pub grub...
