Safe to say that anything less that 3 points is unacceptable (when was the last time we won in Bray btw?). Bray haven't had a game in 11 days so hopefully won't be fresh. I'll go with a clean sheet, scoring one or two.

I'll take a risk and predict 1-1.
Whats the secret of UCD's recent run?

We're a better side than people pretend to think.
That said, I don't agree that anything less than 3 points is unacceptable. Bray have a decent team, with decent players now like Clive Delaney, Alan Cawley and Stephen Hurley (who can't play), and probably some players they've found themselves too.
We last won in Bray in Sept 05, 1-0, the week before the Cup game. Bray have only won 3 of the last 19 against us, but I'd be satisfied with another draw, although I would hope we'd be able to win.

I suppose unacceptable is a bit over-the-top but it is the type of game we have to be winning. Getting draws in these sort of games last year cost us and while Bray have a few good players their team doesn't have much strength.

Yep, that's more realistic.
Meeting point is the Porterhouse on the seafront, by the way. I hope to eb there about 6.
Did anyone bring the bodhrán from the Montrose on Friday night?

Bray haven't been doing the best but they have the quality of players to beat us on their day. I'd like to take a win but a draw wouldn't be the end of the world.

Only if we don't play our best.
Can't understand why anybody would take a draw. Bray are a bottom half team, we are a top half team. Home or away anything other than a win is a dissapointment.

I agree, but that's a possibility.

UCD don't tend to win away from home. In fact we haven't won very many games lately, so we can hardly consider not to do so as unacceptable. If we play to the best of our capabilities and we put in a match like the 20-45 min mark v Derry on Friday then I would be disappointed not to win.

Well our away form is better this season, as was seen by the win in Derry and peformance in Drogheda. I think the fact that we've drawn our last 5 games makes it more important to win.

I agree, I would desperately love to see us win a game, but the next best thing to avoid losing. These draws are seeing us lose ground with teams above us.

That's the sort of attitude that Sligo fans had coming to the Carlisle last time out...
An 11 day break would have done us great i would have thought, would have made us even fresher rather than having to go down to Cork on Friday and then a tough match tomorrow.
We have a brand new squad that has taken time to gel together but over the last few games that has started to happen i think. If we keep it tight at the back, Franco with the form he is in can drive us on up front. Our record against UCD is terrible but as the old saying goes.... We owe you one :D
The 1st game of the season between us was shocking, Ye caught us on the break twice, some terrible reffering decisions and the width of a post cost us.

Going into the match I'd be looking for a win but I'm not going to be annoyed all week if we only draw. Drawing six in a row would be getting a bit silly though.

Especially as I have a feeling the game in Waterford will end in a draw.

That's probably the club's fault, looking for extra column centimetres.
