Often wondered would it be possible for Rovers to compete in the Premier Division with a team comprised solely of Sligo players, can't see why not really. I have the backbone of what my team would be but missing one or two positions
---------------------- ??? --------------------------
---Rossiter (Mark)----McNamara---???--Paddy Conlon
-----Cretaro------O'Grady------Martyn------Gilroy---
-----------Cawley----------------------------------
---------------------Flannery-----------------------
Barry Cogan and Dara Tuffy could well be in there but never seen them play. I'm sure there's a few that i'm forgetting too

Played right back for the first half of the season 2 years ago, was replaced by Raff at rb for the second half of the season I think. And McT isn't from Sligo

Terry O'Malley could go between the sticks!
As any of the Greene Family, but the Black & White have first call:mad:

Yeah, had Philip in mind but he's lost forever to the dark side I think. Think i'll give my number one jersey to our very own forum member sligonproud although i've never seen him play, but he talks a good game... :D
Maybe Jim Sheridan at the back or Strand Celtic's Packie Callaghan (ex Rovers)
