View Full Version : Ireland Soccer Legend Retires
Irish Soccer Legend and one of the greatest midfielders in the World and possibly one of the greatest ever irish players has announced his retirement from international football.
Its a shame his last few international memories will be of the ****-up of judas mccarthy.
:)
:D :D :D
Here we go again! "Keane is a lange*, no Mick is an English cun*..."
The bottom line now is they're both gone, and we have Irish players who WANT to play for Ireland in a game tomorrow night.

The legend has retired, thanks to f*cking Alex Ferguson. I wish Ferguson had quit when he was going to.
It's a shame that at a World Cup where Italy, Portugal, France and Argentina were dropping like flies, the Ireland squad was leaving their best defender at home at sending their best midfielder home and playing their best winger up front.
Who did the Germans play to get to the final? Paraguay, the USA and South Korea. That could have been us... Thanks a lot Mick.
Me, bitter? naaaaaaahhhh :D

Anyone who could afford that every week would have quite a good life.

That is the long and the short of it alright Neil.
We had a squad up there who played because they wanted to and did everything that was asked of them.
Some players will be surprised at their own performances given their poor showing in the league recently.
Namely Breen and Harte.
I can't wait to see how competitive they are when the game has some signifcance.
Matt Holland is a worthy captain and I look forward to him making a name for himself in that role since there's no fear that Keane will return and hijack the position which is now Holland's by right.
