Well whats all this then? Jim Little, our new vice chairman/investor obviosuly sees this as a good move. While it may be asking a bit much to be signing matty holland, an interesting piece was that they were responsible for the loan deals with Ashley Cole to crystal palace and glen johnson to milwall. they could see city as a good opportunity to see some of the young lads here to get football under their belts, especially with our alternative season providing that little extra availability for players that have been out injured or underused for the previous season.

Just going to have to see how this pans out.
I'd be sceptical of any third party involved in our transfers.
I'm also a bit confused asto wtf they are.

"Sports consultants".

A bit of everything really - help clubs find players/players find clubs, assign players agents (which might be better than "advisors"), help clubs in dealings with media and larger associations.

seems like exactly what we need.

A lot unknowns with this. Will this company represent the club in negotiations with other players and/or clubs? Who pays these "consultants"? How can they represent players & the club?
