He doesnt have much credentials but Connor had less and he did well with us

give it time, we wont go down this year so we'll just have to give him time and see how he is...we wanted a manager, now we've got one...lets see what happens......

I think it goes without saying that everyone will be behind Paul from the start . It's just interesting to see what he has done in previous jobs.
