Does this mean that there's a possibility of a 6 team Irish league next year with 3 of the teams playing in Windsor!?!?
Any reason Larne didn't apply for it?
No is only in regards to playing in Europe.

Completely seperate issue. Although I do believe the season after next the UEFA licencing could become a requirement to be part of the new invitational league.

The licence in the future may be a requirement but I think clubs will still be able to use their grounds however that is nothing to do with this new invitational league although it could help teams qualify for it.

Whats the crack with this proposed new invitational league, another league re-vamp?
Yes looks like it is coming down to 12 teams.

Will it be a closed shop affair, or promotion relegation still available ?
Has how 12 been determined ? Will bottom 4 be automatically relegated ?
If invititation would you reccomend bet on Glenavon being 12th first season,(based on past few seasons)as that suggests ground facillities will be part of criteria ? Take it surplus 4 will be taken at Div 1, Div 2, increasing numbers in those division's.

Well there's a point’s table drawn up with points for league position, cup runs, facilities etc. Apart from that I don't think we know but I would imagine there wouldn't be promotion/relegation for at least the first season.
