Barcelona v Deportivo la Coruna - I was lucky to be in Barcelona recently to see him score this with assist from Ronalindo. Not bad. :D

This should be posted in the Ronaldo Debate thread to end that discussion once and for all :)

was watching it on skysports tonight and you could see the barca bench and people in the crowd with their hands up to their heads in amazement.i remember ronaldinho saying in four four two magazine that he himself "wasnt the best player in the world because he wasnt even the best at barca"-he was referring to messi when he said that.with the way messi has played in recent weeks and before he got injured earlier in the season you can see why he said that-genius.

Very similar to Maradonas goal in Mexico. I would say Diegos goal has just got the edge on Messidonas.

He did the other (more enjoyable) Arg v Eng Mexico '86 goal Saturday night v Espanyol.

I'd say he saw the video himself when the ball bounced up in front of him.

I hope he will be banned for the final game of the season but I know that is never going to happen. Cheating, whether it be diving, feigning injuries or something like the above, needs to be stamped out of football. The culprits must be punished or it will continue.

Cheating plain and simple. Soccer has got to be one of the worst sports for cheating. Pathetic

I don't know.
Sport is full of cheating.
Got a bit of catching up to do with running, swimming, cycling, greyhound racing, horse racing.

all he needs now is to develop a drug habit a bit of a gut and he'll be exactly like Diego!

Its not cheating its GENIUS, creativity at its best and what makes soccer so exciting. Diving is ****e alrite but that was absolute genius! Maradonnas was better simple fact against the English!!!ha

It's just as well Espanyol pulled one back to draw and Real also got a point in Zaragoza because if that goal had handed Barça the title, we would never hear the end of it.
