Exactly. Friday night has worked a treat all season, so, if it aint broke, why fix it? This means I can't get p***ed after the game because I have to get up for college the next morning!

And it clashes with the FA Cup of course. So much for the Genesis report.

OK, it's heresy to mention the FA Cup but shifting the game to Sunday is crazy.

Sorry fellas, i understand that living down the arse end of the country you can feel a bit removed, sure i lived there for 8 months meself recently, and it was a narrow escape i assure you. Let me clear up a few things mentioned above...

First of all, the Cork City vs UCD game on Sunday the 26th of January kicks off at 3.15 because, as Cork City and Shamrock Rovers are both involved in an inter toto race, and UCD, Drogheda and Derry are all involved in a relegation battle, it would be unfair for these games to be played at different times. This is also why Shels Bray is the only game on tonight.

Let's hope scarcasm never goes out of fashion @ndy - you'd be well stuck for something to say. :)

Anyway: isn't is the fact is all of the clubs that are being forced to play on Sunday normally play on Friday night!

I think they want to play them at the same time as the div 1 games and maybe some of them can't play on Fridays?

2 things:
1. sunday because it´s the final set of games and all on same day, as usual.
2. Why can´t you go on the **** after? You mean to say before floodlights were in you never went drinking the day of a city game? I used to get an 825 bus up to limerick full of murphys and 3 hours sleep last year to go to college ya bleedin lightweight! :D
