Links to our goals are on www.athlonetowntv.com . Takes a couple of days get them online as I have to travel back to Limerick the following day to get access to my computer.

Flash video sucks like my ex. Still it's better than nothing :-)

Maybe we should collate all this stuff as a resource. Or just post the urls on a series by series basis?

I'll create a seperate section on my Wordpress site where these can all be collated on both a Series and Club-by-Club basis.

All the highlights from the Shelbourne vs Athlone match a full 5 and a half minutes of them available at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xuo02TxXObI . Watched the match 3 times now and can find nothing else postive.

Included in the highlights is a freak injury to Des Hope who apparently damaged his medial ligaments, just showing how easy a player can be sidelined for 6 weeks.

Why didn't you go up to the gantry?

Looks like someone nicked a rake load of the JW Hire signs from the front of the Drumcondra stand. :D

I'm just an ordinary fan with a camcorder, with no special priveliges like press pass etc although at home games I sit in the press box. Might get to film from the riverside for the next Shels match in Tolka:D

Fair play. Cant access any coverage but would I be right in saying that your home games are done from the main stand?

Gantries are like the infield and are strictly off limits without prior arrangement.

Yes from the press box at the very back of the main stand. It is the best view I have ever had of any match anywhere. The TV gantry is being built at the moment off site from what I hear and might do a match from there when it is ready.

Also thinking of selling full unedited video of every match on DVD to raise a few euro all money going to the club. Will chat to committee members at the match against Kildare to see what way we can manage that. We are also planning to show the matches again in the club bar just after the final whistle.

Have the lot so far except for Dundalk as it is too far from Limerick to there on a Thursday night and Limerick 37 as it was a p*ss poor night weather wise and there was no shelter.

Fair play for all the work. When the gantry is up that will be the only place to record the games. Are the crowds good at the new ground?

Yeah thursday night football is idiotic. Every ground should have a gantry at the very least.

Lowest crowd we have had so far this season was the Monday night League Cup game vs Longford.

Of the top of my head

VS Kilkenny (First match in new ground)2000
VS Wexford (Sunday afternoon)1500
VS Longford (LC) 923
