Chivu is one of my favourite players.
Berbatov's a special player. Probably not as good as Drogba but I hate Drogba. :p

I don't see enough italian soccer to be confident in this but I'd have the three Barca lads up front.
Shortage of real exciting strikers at the moment.
Only Henry and Shevchenko to compete.

ronaldinho is a special player but only when he wants to be. he can be marked out of a game very easily. most notably in the barca-pool champions league tie whereas i believe joaquin and ronaldo are unmarkable at this minute. you might think carra is a strange choice but he is class, whole-herated and never gives anything away IMHO.

I agree with what The-Beer-Baron said about Ronaldinho but when he does try to be good, he is great so I put him in for that reason.

And also agree that Carragher could do a job against any striker in the world thanks to the effort he puts in.

Most of these players could be brought for less than £7 million.

This squad with the right manager could go far IMO.
